Despite qualifying for admission to NIT, financial constraints hindered her aspirations of higher education.
Undeterred by setbacks, Taskeen’s ambition led her to compete in beauty pageants, earning titles such as Miss Dehradun and Miss Uttarakhand. However, financial limitations and repeated rejections compelled Taskeen to reassess her goals, prioritizing stability over glamour.

Despite initial setbacks, including three failed attempts in prelims, Taskeen persisted in her pursuit of excellence.
In 2020, after four attempts, Taskeen’s perseverance paid off as she achieved a remarkable feat by cracking the UPSC examination with an All India Rank of 736, securing a coveted position as an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer. Today, Taskeen Khan serves as a shining example of resilience and determination, proving that with grit and perseverance, one can overcome any obstacle to achieve their dreams.
