Odisha BJP Launches Campaign to Gather Public Input for Manifesto

The Odisha Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has initiated a campaign to gather suggestions from the public for its manifesto ahead of the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha polls.

State BJP president Manmohan Samal inaugurated the ‘Viksit Odisha, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Patra’ campaign at the party office, in the presence of the party’s election in-charge for Odisha, Vijaypal Singh Tomar, and Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarang.

The campaign, set to run until March 15, aims to engage with one crore people to gather their suggestions for the election manifesto, as announced by Mr. Samal.

To facilitate participation, the party plans to deploy two campaign vehicles for each parliamentary constituency, equipped with suggestion boxes where individuals can submit their written recommendations.

Moreover, suggestions can also be submitted through the NaMo app or by dialing 9090902024 and leaving a voice message, providing multiple avenues for public participation, as highlighted by the party.

Mr. Samal emphasized the accomplishments of the Narendra Modi-led NDA Government, stating that 222 out of 235 promises made during the 2019 General elections have been fulfilled. He assured that the BJP remains committed to delivering on its promises in its third term as well.
