In a significant move, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emphasized Telangana’s role as the gateway to the southern part of India. He affirmed his government’s continuous efforts to enhance the state’s infrastructure, including railways, highways, and airways, over the past decade. During an official function, PM Modi inaugurated and flagged off various projects, with a total investment of around ₹7,000 crore on the second successive day of his visit to Telangana.
Addressing the people of Sangareddy, he began his speech with a greeting in Telugu. He highlighted the significance of state development for the country’s progress and mentioned the allocation of ₹11 lakh crore in this year’s budget for infrastructure development. PM Modi inaugurated the ₹350 crore Civil Aviation Research Organisation (CARO) in Begumpet, emphasizing its uniqueness and modern technology, which has added a new identity to Telangana.
According to the Prime Minister, Hyderabad is leading in aviation research and development, creating job opportunities for the youth and setting new records in the sector over the last decade. The government’s commitment to Telangana’s growth is evident through the significant investments and projects aimed at boosting the state’s infrastructure and overall development.
